If you are an incorporated municipality and would like to be considered for membership in the CSJVRMA, the eligibility requirements are stated below:

1. Population of 75,000 or less;
2. Professional management as typified by a bona fide council, City Manager/Administrator form of government; and
3. Located within the State of California.
