This section of the web site provides access to several online claims applications, including: online form submission, interactive claims reports, and individual claim review. Use the links on the left side to access these applications.
In addition, links to online renewal updates and online motor vehicle record (MVR) checks are provided for center staff who are responsible for these functions. There is also a “Member Resources” link that provides access to several Fund documents.
Currently, online claims functions are available for workers’ compensation only. In the near future, similar online applications will be available for property and liability claims.
What each user has access to is dependent upon their responsibilities within the center and the user access set up by the Fund. If you feel you are in need of access to other items that you do not currently access, please contact the Fund.
