The JPA’s meeting agendas and the corresponding meeting minutes occurring in the most current program years are available. Access to some of these documents can only be viewed with a user login. New users who need access must first register. To obtain a user login, please contact us.
The Board is composed of a representative (or in their absence their alternate) from each of the member cities. The Board meets three times per year.
The Executive Committee is composed of the group’s officers and representatives from the three geographical regions. The Committee meets seven times per fiscal year and is responsible for the administration and operation of the risk management programs.
All subcommittees are formed with the intent to establish small working groups that can discuss issues in more detail than time allows at the Executive Committee and Board meetings. Subcommittees can be standing or ad hoc.
